Ideally within five minutes. The lagna (ascendant) changes every two hours, but the divisional charts — especially D9 (Navamsha) and D10 (Dashamsha) — are highly sensitive to small variations. If your time is uncertain, we can perform a "birth time rectification" by working backwards from major life events in your timeline. This adds about 60 minutes to the consultation but produces a far more reliable chart.
A free online kundali gives you a chart with planetary positions and basic interpretations generated by software. What it cannot do is read the chart — interpret the interaction between yogas, weigh the strength of each planet (shadbala), evaluate dasha-antardasha context, or apply classical exceptions to doshas.
That work requires a trained jyotishi reading your specific chart for hours. The two are as different as a printed ECG and a cardiologist's diagnosis.
Almost certainly not. Classical texts list more than a dozen conditions under which Mangal dosha is cancelled or reduced — Mars's placement in certain houses or signs, aspects from benefic planets, the age of marriage, mutual Manglik status of both partners, and several others.
We see "Manglik" charts every week where the dosha is mild or fully cancelled. A complete dosha audit is the first step — fear should never be the starting point of marriage planning.
For weddings, ideally three to six months in advance — this gives time to choose from the strongest available muhurats and align them with family logistics. For griha pravesh, two to three months is comfortable. For urgent events (vahan purchase, business signing, urgent travel), we can deliver a muhurat within 24 to 48 hours of your request.
No. Gemstones are powerful and must be matched to the lagna lord or a specifically dignified functional benefic in your chart. A wrong gemstone can amplify problems instead of solving them.
In our practice, perhaps four out of ten clients are advised a gemstone — and only after the lagna analysis confirms it. The remaining clients receive mantra, yantra, puja or lifestyle remedies which are equally effective for their situation.

The written report is delivered in your chosen language, and we deliberately avoid heavy Sanskrit jargon so the reading feels approachable, not intimidating.
